Purpose of the site

The site helps SMEs discover official public-tender notices, record preliminary bid decisions, and organise opportunities. Search results and decision checks are early-product aids and must be verified against the official procurement documents before action.

For signed-in users with a completed company profile, an AI model may rank notice metadata by likely company fit and explain the signals and uncertainties it found. The score is advisory, does not establish eligibility, and never submits or makes a bid decision for the user.

Free product and community intelligence

The self-service supplier product is available free of charge without a payment card. An account is optional: public tender search remains available without one. A free account includes saved work, alerts, and community intelligence. In return, structured win, loss, and no-bid statuses and outcome reasons recorded in the account contribute to privacy-protected community totals. Company profiles, free-text notes, and individual activity are never published in those totals.

There is no automatic conversion into a paid supplier service and no obligation to attend workshops or provide expert review. Any future paid enterprise, API, embedded, or ecosystem service will have separate terms agreed before it begins.
